David Cohen will present case studies, where you will analyze actual financial statements and the resulting key financial ratios. The presenters will help attendees understand their financial statements and ratios, and the impact they have on building shareholder value. We will review various performance, liquidity, and leverage ratios and how to benchmark these results. We will then make the causal link to shareholder value and its relationship to internal ownership transition planning or an external firm sale.
