We congratulate our client Halff Associates, Inc. on the acquisition of BESH, Inc., a Central Florida-based, multi-discipline civil engineering firm. Thirty-five (35) person BESH provides water/wastewater, transportation, public works, land and site development, land planning and surveying services to private and public sector clients throughout Florida.
The acquisition will strengthen Halff's growing water and wastewater practice across their entire footprint in the Southeast and Southwest. BESH will do business as BESH Halff and the combination complements Halff’s January 2019 Florida acquisition of Tampa-based Genesis and Genesis CEI. Halff is a growing Texas-based employee-owned firm that recently ranked number 106 on the ENR 500 Top Design Firms list.Â
