We congratulate our Irvine-based client KTGY Architecture + Planning (KTGY) on their acquisition of hospitality-focused interior design and branding firm, Simeone Deary Design Group (SDDG). The combination of firms creates a fully integrated architecture, branding, interiors, and planning practice with offices located in the Chicago, Denver, Irvine, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Washington DC markets.
Founded in 1991, KTGY now ranks No. 35 in the “2020 Architectural Record Top 300 Architectural Firms.” With over 330 employees, KTGY provides full-service architecture and planning services to the residential, mixed-use, retail, international, hospitality, and R&D market sectors.
The addition of Chicago-based, SDDG brings a team of 35 interior designers specializing in the hospitality industry including branding and lifestyle hotels, boutique luxury hotels and resorts, entertainment venues, and residential projects.
