We congratulate our long-time, valued client LTK Consulting Services, Inc. on their merger with Hatch Ltd., a global consulting, engineering and professional services firm. Together, the combined firms create a powerhouse global service provider, which services clients in the infrastructure, energy and metals sectors.
Hatch has acquired 100% of the shares of Pennsylvania-based LTK, a 480-person consulting engineering firm that generates $120 million in revenue, specializing in rail vehicle and rail systems engineering. LTK has operations throughout the United States providing rail services to many of our cities' passenger rail systems. International offices are located in Toronto, Canada, Melbourne and Sydney in Australia, and Chungchun, China.
LTK merges with Hatch through a stock purchase. Matheson Advisors served as the financial advisor to LTK's Independent ESOP Trustee and delivered a fairness opinion for the transaction.
