Maser Consulting P.A. sells majority stake to Colliers International

We congratulate our client Maser Consulting P.A. ("Maser") on their sale of majority stake to Colliers International. Colliers International, a leading global commercial real estate services and investment management firm, has closed its previously announced acquisition of a controlling interest in Maser.
The business will be re-branded as "Colliers Engineering Services" by the first quarter of 2021.
Matheson Advisors was the M&A advisor for Maser and worked closely with senior leadership to negotiate the terms of the investment transaction.
