Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. joins Integra Testing Services

We congratulate our client Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. ("Neudorfer" or "NEI") on its acquisition by Integra Testing Services, a portfolio company of Keystone Capital.

 

Founded in 1970, Neudorfer is an adaptable multi-discipline firm providing Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), Building Commissioning, Building Envelope Testing, Cleanroom Certification, and Duct Leakage Testing in essentially all market sectors. The firm has grown from an original staff of three to becoming one of the largest TAB firms in the United States with a current operating workforce of 75. The Company is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with additional Pacific Northwest offices in Olympia, WA & Portland, OR. In addition to working throughout the United States, NEI has a global footprint including countries such as Canada, Peru, Israel, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Djibouti, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, South Korea, Italy, South Africa, Japan, China, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Guam, and other South Pacific Islands.

Integra Testing Services was established to build a national platform in the HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing industry. In addition, Integra will acquire other providers of on-site testing and inspection service providers for critical assets and systems in the built environment.

 

Matheson Advisors provided its full suite of sell-side M&A services to Neudorfer and initiated, negotiated, and structured the transaction on behalf of NEI.
