Notkin Engineering, Inc. Joins P2S Inc.

We congratulate our client Notkin Engineering, Inc. (dba Notkin Mechanical Engineers) on being acquired by California-based P2S Inc.

With this transaction, Notkin is adding a strong electrical engineering component and client diversification as P2S expands to the Pacific Northwest. The combined entity will be leveraging each firms' capabilities throughout the West Coast from 6 offices and over 280 employees.

Matheson Advisors served as the exclusive M&A advisor for Seattle-based Notkin and initiated, negotiated, and structured the transaction.
